RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase from G-lish Fashions. Please note that due to the hand made custom nature of these garments and availability of natural materials used, slight variances in color and appearance may occur from the actual picture shown.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of receiving a merchandise CREDIT:

*Return your item(s) for a full merchandise CREDIT applicable to any future order (excluding shipping costs).

*Returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the receipt of goods.

*Merchandise must have all tags and be in unworn brand new condition.

*Additionally, if an item is defective within the first thirty (30) days of receipt, G-lish has the option to repair or replace it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to excessive wear or damage.

*Returns MUST have a Return Authorization number. Please e-mail or call to receive one.  It may take up to 48 hours to be contacted by customer service.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A CREDIT OR REFUND BE ISSUED FOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

*The original invoice must accompany any returned items.  All Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Orders of custom made merchandise require advance payment.  Custom orders are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks.

*Any cancellations of custom merchandise will be subject to forfeiture of full payment.

*If a shipment is refused either domestically or internationally, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to both ship & return the package as well as any additional brokerage/customs clearance fees incurred to return the shipment to us.
